We promise result by next day 12:00 pm. However, most of the patients get there results on same day – late night between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm.
You can access your result using our patient portal. Once the new page opens from portal, click on View My Results Now and follow the insructions.
We send you the email when your results are ready. You will receive the email from notify2@labgenlis.com. Please check your Junk and Spam folder.
If you are having trouble accessing, we apologize for the trouble. Call us at (732) 955 7570 for help rightaway. Results queries hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. Sunday we are closed.
